• Standard processing time for hair products is within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• No address changes can be made after the order has been placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, including any necessary apartment numbers or additional information.

Returns and Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be inspected for defects upon return.
